The Initiation Experience: Beginnings - An RCIA Institute
In partnership with the North American Forum for the Catechumenate, the Diocese of Charlottetown will host “The Initiation Experience: Beginnings” October 20-22, 2011 at the Jack Blanchard Family Centre in Charlottetown.
About the Institute
The Institute Team will provide necessary skills for parish teams and deepening understanding of the conversion process for those participating in the RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) process.
The Institute will:
- present the vision of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults
- provide experience of the flow, steps, and periods of the Rite
- teach the skills necessary for local implementation
- invite reflection, faith sharing, and liturgical celebration
- deepen understanding of the conversion journey
