Catholic Women's League annual convention on Friday, May
2nd and Saturday, May 3rd, 2008 at the Howard Johnson Hotel (Dutch
Inn), Cornwall. National President, Lorette Noble, will be in
attendance Friday evening.

Everyone is
invited to the Diocesan Celebration
for the Feast of the Body and Blood of Christ on Sunday,
May 25th, at St. Dunstan's Basilica, from 2-4 p.m.
The 18th
Annual Scripture Institute will be held at St. Pius X
Hall on July 7 - 10, 2008. Pheme Perkins, professor of Theology at
Boston College and author of many books on Biblical topics will be
the presenter. The topic is "How is Jesus God?
Exploring New Testament Christology." Registration forms
will soon be available in parish offices and at the Diocesan Pastoral Centre.

course is a study of historic and contemporary representatives of
Catholic moral teaching.
Catholic
Vacation Bible Camps
will be held at St. Francis of Assisi, Cornwall; St. Paul's,
Summerside; St. Mark's / St. Bernadette's, Lot 7; St. Peter's /
Sacred Heart, Seven Mile Bay; St. Alexis, Rollo Bay; and St. James,
