Vision:

Youth ministry is a response of the Christian community to the needs of young people fostering their Christian development and facilitating their responsible participation in the life, mission, and ministry of the Catholic Church.

Goals:
1.   Youth ministry works to foster the total personal and spiritual growth of each young person by:
a.   addressing the developmental and         social needs of youth.
b.   promoting the giftedness of youth through guidance and programing.
c.   helping youth develop a deep relationship with Jesus Christ.

2.   Youth ministry seeks to facilitate the responsible participation of young people in the life, mission and work of the faith community by:
a.   fostering youth leadership
b.   developing a sense of community
c.   developing positive relationships with peers and adults

3.   Youth ministry empowers young people to discipleship witnessing to their faith by living and working for justice, peace and human dignity by:
a.   helping youth integrate faith and life
b.   growing in understanding of social issues
c.   working for the dignity of all.
