A Teen Encounter Weekend is a chance to learn more about what
it means to be a Christian. You will be with people between 16 and 21
who are very much like yourself. The weekend is quite casual. You
will have time to make friends, talk and sing as well as to pray and
meditate. You don't have to worry about fitting in.
"Teen Encounter has been a blessing in my life for the
past 3 years. It's an amazing weekend to help restore faith and find
friendships that share a love for God. Being at Belcourt Centre with
the food, friends, music and Christ...there's no better place to call home..."
- Mindy Sue, Miscouche
"Teen Encounter is not just about reading the bible or
going to church 24/7. It's a weekend when a bunch of youth can
forget about work and stress for a few days and meet some other
people their age who are facing the same sorts of obstacles in their
lives. In my case, going on T.E. was one of the best things I've ever
decided to do for a weekend." -Ryan, Hope River
On a Teen Encounter Weekend, through sharing the gifts of
faith, love, music and friendship, participants come to know Jesus in
a more real and personal way. For more information, please
